This site makes every effort to keep your information is secure.

A third-party advertising company is used, specifically “Google AdSense,” to serve ads when you visit. Google may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Additionally, the servers on which this site resides and the online tool by the name “Google Analytics” collect some basic data about site visitors.  This is used to better match this site’s design to the specifications of the computers that view it.  Information collected includes screen resolution, browser capabilities, IP address, and whether java is enabled.  Unless legally obligated, I will not share any of this information with any other party beyond what is shared with Google and only through the methods I’ve noted.  For more information, visit Google’s privacy policy.

I will never share any information that you provide by email, forms, or other means of communication, including your name, address, phone number, and other equally or more personal data, unless a situation arises in which I am legally obligated.

Disclaimers

While I will do everything necessary to give you unprecedented services and privacy, by using the site or initiating a service, you offer your consent to the following terms.  I will not be held legally responsible for an unlikely event resulting in financial, data, or any other loss arising from use of the site or services; I shall be held blameless.

By initiating a service, you also agree to these next terms.  I do not anticipate anyone will be unsatisfied with a service because I will work with you throughout the project and make changes to assure each project meets your expectations.  However, if unsatisfied with a given service, you may request to be refunded a single amount totaling no more than the amount you have already paid to me in USD for the service in question.  You must request a refund within 5 days of the moment the courier delivers your finish product or within 5 days of the moment the project is completed and sent through digital communication.  If you make such a request, you may not keep, distribute, or otherwise use the internet files, graphics, pictures, etc. supplied by the service that is refunded.  Additionally, if I have provided you with a physical item such as a print or a charcoal drawing on paper, you must return the item and pay shipping costs to do so.  I will not be legally responsible for any further reimbursement to you for any other reason, under any circumstance for a given service.  Additionally, I do not guarantee 100% uptime or functionality of this site.

By initiating email contact, you authorize communication by email. I will not use your email for any other purpose than to discuss, develop, and proceed with the project that you have requested, to give you information that you have requested, or to supply equally valuable information. All emails will be personally written by me to you and not sent by an automated computer program. That is to say, I will not send you advertisements or spam and will respect your inbox.
